Type of Order 

Shipping Processing Time 

READY-MADE

( Items that are made beforehand, especially for general sale).

Orders will be processed within 5 -7 business days. 

MADE-TO-ORDER

(Items are made when the order is placed and paid, ex: custom shirts,  hoodies, etc )

Orders will be processed within 10-15 business days. 

SPECIALTY CUSTOM-ORDER

( Item is designed by you and brought to life by us) Deposit is placed  

Orders will be processed in 6-8 weeks.

-Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays-

High Volume 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. PLEASE NOTE: Processing time may be extended due to bulk orders, inventory availability, and item specificity.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping methods are USPS and UPS.  P.O. Box delivery can only be completed via USPS shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

A shipment confirmation email will be provided for shipped orders. Your email will contain the purchased items' tracking number(s); the tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages 

Mains Bénies Customs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order has been damaged due to transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Shipping Issues 

Mains Bénies Customs is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" via tracking and are not received and delivery errors related to inaccurate address entry when inputting shipping information. Any packages returned to the sender will require a reshipping fee.
